How to book

Once you make contact with us, we'll start by getting to know you, your sailing experience and what you need from a charter. We'll help you plan too, and when you've made a choice we'll take a deposit to secure the booking. We will advise of the charterer's terms and conditions, as well as payment terms.

Once you have booked

Once you've booked you will be given access to our website's secure customer section where you can see your charter documents. We will help with any questions as you prepare for your charter. You'll be treated the same as full price customers by the operator. After your charter we will send you a short survey. We use your feedback to monitor our operators' service standard to make sure they are as we'd expect. By filling them in, you can help us help you.
