报告摘要：In this talk, I will show the instability of boundary layers of shear flow type, for the Prandtl equations and Navier-Stokes equations respectively. Then, I will focus on the instability of 3D shear boundary layer for the Navier-Stokes system in the inviscid limit, induced by the Tollmien-Schlichting wave.

报告人简介：刘成杰，上海交通大学教授，博士生导师，入选国家高层次青年人才计划，获得上海市扬帆人才计划支持。博士毕业于上海交通大学，之后在香港城市大学从事博士后研究，在香港中文大学担任助理研究员。他的研究领域为非线性偏微分方程、流体力学中的边界层理论以及奇异摄动理论，主要研究成果发表在《Communications on Pure and Applied Mathematics》、《Advance in Mathematics》、 《Archive for Rational Mechanics and Analysis》、《Journal de Mathématiques Pures et Appliquées》等著名数学期刊。
